This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 2026 and applies to all users of ProfileLift services accessed through profilelift.pro and its subdomains.
Information We May Collect
ProfileLift collects minimal data necessary to provide our text-to-visual conversion services:
- Text content you paste into our tools (processed for generation only)
- Account information if you create an account (email address, hashed password)
- Basic usage analytics (page views, tool usage, session duration—not your content)
- Payment information if you subscribe to Pro (processed securely by our payment provider)
How User Input Content Is Processed
Your text input is the core of our service. Here is exactly how we handle it:
- Processed for generation: Your text is sent to our processing pipeline to generate flowcharts, mind maps, or knowledge cards
- AI processing: Your input is sent to our server and processed using AI language models. Third-party AI service providers may be involved in this processing under their own data handling terms
- Not stored by default: Content is discarded after generation unless you explicitly save it to your account
- Never used for training: Your content is never used to train or improve AI models
- Not logged: Content is not included in error logs, analytics, or monitoring systems
- Session-based: Anonymous users' content exists only for the current session and can be cleared at any time
- Sensitive information: We recommend avoiding highly sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in your text inputs. Consider using placeholder text or anonymizing data before pasting
Third-Party Services
ProfileLift relies on third-party infrastructure and AI services to deliver our tools:
- AI processing providers: We use third-party AI services to generate structured visual outputs from your text. These providers process your content under their own data handling terms.
- Cloud hosting: Our application runs on cloud infrastructure providers for reliability and performance.
- Payment processors: If you subscribe to Pro, payment information is handled by our payment provider and not stored on our servers.
- Analytics services: We use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. These services do not receive your pasted content.
Cookies, Analytics & Basic Logs
We use minimal tracking to improve our service:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management
- Analytics cookies: Track page views and feature usage (not content)
- Server logs: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging
- No third-party advertising cookies
Data Retention & Deletion
You have control over your data:
- Anonymous sessions: Content is discarded immediately after generation
- Account users: Saved content is retained until you delete it or close your account
- Account deletion: Contact us at support@profilelift.pro to request account deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days.
- Legal retention: We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure. We recommend avoiding highly sensitive or confidential information in your text inputs.
