Effective Date & Scope
These Terms of Service are effective as of January 2026 and apply to all users of ProfileLift services, including all three tools in the ProfileLift Suite: Text to Flowchart, Minutes to Mind Map, and SOP to Cards.
Service Definition
ProfileLift is a suite of text-to-visual conversion tools. We provide AI-powered services that transform your text input into structured visual outputs such as flowcharts, mind maps, and knowledge cards. Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
User Responsibilities
By using ProfileLift, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information if you create an account
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not share your account with others
- Review generated outputs before using them in critical applications
Prohibited Use
You may not use ProfileLift to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our services
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal use
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Accounts, Anonymous Use & Usage Limits
ProfileLift offers both anonymous trial use and registered accounts:
- Anonymous users: Limited daily generations with watermarked outputs
- Free accounts: Increased daily limits with watermarked outputs
- ProfileLift Pro: Unlimited generations, HD exports without watermarks
- We reserve the right to enforce usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
For ProfileLift Pro subscriptions:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment: Processed securely by our payment provider
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds: Generally not provided for partial billing periods. Contact support for exceptional cases
- Price changes: We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance
Intellectual Property & Output Usage
Ownership and usage rights:
- Your content: You retain all rights to text you input into our tools
- Generated outputs: You own the outputs generated from your text
- Our platform: ProfileLift, its branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property
- Output usage: You may use generated outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use
- No training: Your content and outputs are never used to train AI models
Service Availability, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Important limitations:
- No uptime guarantee: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- "As is" service: ProfileLift is provided without warranties of any kind
- Output accuracy: Generated outputs are for informational purposes. Review before use in critical applications
- Limitation of liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
