This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines how you may use ProHeadshots AI services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

Permitted Uses

You may use ProHeadshots AI for the following lawful purposes:

  • Professional Headshots: Creating headshots for LinkedIn, resumes, business profiles, company websites, or other professional contexts
  • Personal Use: Generating headshots for social media profiles, dating apps, or personal branding (as long as you have consent from all individuals depicted)
  • Commercial Use: Using generated headshots in marketing materials, advertisements, or commercial projects (provided you own or have rights to all input photos)
  • Team Photos: Creating professional headshots for employees or team members (with their explicit written consent)

Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using ProHeadshots AI to:

1. Illegal Activities

  • Generate content that violates any local, state, federal, or international law
  • Create content related to illegal drugs, illegal gambling, weapons trafficking, or other criminal enterprises
  • Facilitate money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes
  • Support terrorism, human trafficking, or organized crime

2. Child Safety Violations

  • Absolutely prohibited: Upload photos of minors (under 18) for any purpose, even with parental consent
  • Create, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Generate content depicting minors in suggestive, sexualized, or inappropriate contexts
  • Attempt to age-progress or age-regress images involving minors

⚠️ Criminal offense: CSAM creation and distribution are federal crimes in the U.S. and most countries. Violations will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

3. Sexual Content

  • Upload or generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content
  • Create content intended for sexual gratification or adult entertainment
  • Generate non-consensual intimate images or "deepfake" pornography
  • Create sexually suggestive content without explicit consent from all depicted individuals

4. Impersonation and Fraud

  • Upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or other individuals without their explicit permission and proper licensing
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
  • Generate headshots to deceive employers, romantic partners, or business contacts
  • Use headshots in catfishing, romance scams, or identity theft schemes
  • Create fake identity documents or verification photos

5. Non-Consensual Content

  • Upload photos of individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Generate headshots of ex-partners, strangers, or others who haven't authorized use of their images
  • Create "revenge" content intended to harm someone's reputation
  • Use photos obtained through hacking, stalking, or unauthorized access

6. Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Create content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination against protected groups
  • Generate content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
  • Produce content intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully individuals or groups
  • Create propaganda for extremist, terrorist, or hate organizations

7. Violence and Harm

  • Generate content depicting graphic violence, gore, or extreme suffering
  • Create content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous activities
  • Produce content glorifying violence or criminal acts
  • Generate images intended to traumatize, shock, or cause psychological harm

8. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Upload copyrighted photos without proper authorization
  • Use trademarked logos, brand imagery, or protected designs
  • Generate content that infringes on others' copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
  • Use stock photos, professional photography, or agency images without valid licenses

9. Misinformation and Deception

  • Create fake news, propaganda, or deliberately misleading content
  • Generate headshots to spread disinformation or manipulate public opinion
  • Create content intended to interfere with elections or democratic processes
  • Produce deepfakes without clear disclosure that content is AI-generated

10. System Abuse

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to abuse the service
  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or suspensions
  • Overload servers with excessive or malicious requests
  • Share or resell account access without authorization

Consent Requirements

Before uploading any photos, you must ensure:

  • Personal Photos: You are the individual depicted, or you have explicit written consent from all individuals in the photos
  • Team/Group Photos: You have obtained written consent from all team members or employees whose photos you upload
  • Professional Photos: You own the copyright to the photos or have proper licensing from the photographer
  • Age Verification: All individuals depicted are 18 years or older, and you can provide proof if requested

We may request proof of consent or authorization at any time. Failure to provide documentation may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in:

  1. First Offense (Minor): Warning and removal of violating content
  2. Second Offense or Moderate Violation: Account suspension (7-30 days)
  3. Serious Violation: Permanent account termination, no refund, IP address ban
  4. Criminal Violation: Immediate termination, evidence preservation, reporting to law enforcement

We reserve the right to determine the severity of violations and appropriate consequences at our sole discretion.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content that violates this policy:

  • Report immediately: support@profilelift.pro
  • Include the account or content URL, description of violation, and any supporting evidence
  • We investigate all reports within 24-48 hours
  • Reporter identity is kept confidential

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. We will preserve evidence, provide account information, and testify as needed in cases involving:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
  • Terrorism or threats of violence
  • Other criminal activities

Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of content moderation:

  • Automated Scanning: AWS Rekognition detects inappropriate content (nudity, violence, offensive symbols)
  • Hash Matching: Comparing uploads against known CSAM databases (PhotoDNA, NCMEC)
  • Manual Review: Human review of flagged or reported content
  • User Reports: Community-driven flagging system

Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect legal requirements, industry standards, or service changes. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
